“Oh God, why?”
“My precious child, why is not the right question to be asking.”
“What question should I be asking?”
“That’s the right question. You should ask ‘What’ not ‘Why’. ‘What’ will I use this for? Nothing in life is a coincidence. There is nothing that I cannot use for good. That does not mean that I put hard and bad situations in your life. No, I love you too much to ever wish harm upon you. When you cry, I am weeping for you. But when difficulties arise, and they will, I can use them to further my Kingdom.
Not only should you ask ‘What’, but ‘How.’ ‘How’ can I use you? ‘How’ willing are you to face these trials and depend on Me to be everything you need? ‘How’ will this all turn out? Remember, My beloved, you know the end of the story. I win. Lean on me, the one who has brought down the Jericho wall, parted the Red Sea, stopped the Sun, and defeated death itself. I will hold your hand and walk with you through the good and the bad of this life.
The question ‘why’ is a distraction. It is full of distrust, and it completely lacks faith. Like I told my servant Job, you will never understand the things that I do. But by trusting in Me and My plan, you will never have to fully grasp the world. Have faith, My child, that I will bring the ‘why’ out to completion, even if you never see the repercussions of your faith.
I have only one question for you: Do you believe and trust in Me?
